Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is required due to a fault, defect or other circumstance where applicable Australian consumer law requires us to cover those costs.
Returns must be sent to our designated return address. Depending on the product and fulfilment arrangements, this address may be located outside Australia. The correct return address will be provided to you by email.
Do not send a return to the sender's address without contacting us first.
Products returned for change-of-mind reasons should be unused, clean, in their original packaging where reasonably possible, and include all original accessories and components.
